API Statistics-Only Setting Removal Notice

Hello, this is Traxlogis Korea.

To improve the quality of SmartShip services, we will be removing the "Statistics-Only" setting for API integration as outlined below.

Schedule and Changes

• Change Date: Monday, August 11, 2025
• Changes:
  • Removal of the "Add to statistics only without shipping processing" option in sales channel API integration settings
  • Existing configured APIs will be changed to "Add to shipping processing and statistics" setting

Additional Information

• For orders that will not be shipped through SmartShip, you can use the "Hold invoice/label printing" function to suspend processing.
• If you do not process the entire channel through SmartShip, we recommend disconnecting the integration.
